A Message from Principal Rod Lowe

Welcome to Vallivue Middle School. Our staff is committed to assisting all students to achieve their intellectual, physical, social and emotional potential through skill-based, hands-on, brain-based lessons and continually participating in the latest research-based training.

This year our focus is preparing every student for college through standards-based lessons. We strive to place every student in classes that challenge and enhance their individual abilities. More advanced classes in language arts have been added to meet the needs of our students. Our math intervention program is recognized by the State and the NWREL for improving student achievement amongst low performing students.

Vallivue Middle School is fortunate to have strong elective programs like music, band, and art to enrich students from all walks of life.

Moving to a uniform policy has enhanced our school culture and improved the safety for all students socially. Academically, we implemented a promotion policy to raise student accountability and success. Participating in Rachel’s Challenge and the Freedom Writer’s programs last year set a positive tone for this coming school year. We invite you to visit our school and experience the excitement of learning at VMS.

We strive for excellence at Vallivue Middle School – Go Falcons!
